3. Under “Premium Status” click on “Redeem Code”
4. Enter the code you have copied and click on “Redeem”
5. Done! Your OnDemand period is now active and your account has been promoted to PREMIUM.

Pro Tip: You can stack codes to prolong your OnDemand period.

DungeonFog Subscriptions

DungeonFog subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of its period.

Right to Withdrawal - In accordance with Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) (https://www.ris.bka.gv.at/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&Gesetzesnummer=20008847) refunds will be issued if requested within the first 14 days of a subscription. The right to withdrawal is forfeit upon downloading a map. No other refunds are available.

OnDemand Codes

Refunds for OnDemand codes are only available if the code has not yet been activated, requested within 14 days of purchase, and are only available to the original purchaser.

To request a refund of an OnDemand code, please contact us at support@dungeonfog.com and provide the unused codes to be refunded and the orderID of your purchase (It looks like this: DUNGEONFOGKG123456-7891-01112).

• Just go to Manage Account
• click on the "MANAGE" button in the Premium Status section
• click on the "OPEN" button after the connection to Fastspring has been established
• click on the "Manage" button next to your subscription
• choose "cancel"

The implication is that you need a commercial license, when you are offering maps for any commercial purpose that is relying on the maps being beneficial to your commercial success. (Like when you are selling a campaign / adventure that comes with DGNFOG maps).

The Battlemap Editor is currently an online tool. So there will be no need to download and install software to your computer. All you need is a browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox in an up-to-date version) and an internet connection.

No. To our understanding a virtual game table covers all the rules of one or more game systems, allows virtual dice rolling and offers possibilities to communicate with others through chat or VOIP. We don't want to dive into these waters (at least for now).

However, we want to provide a tool, where you can use your maps as virtual enhancement to your game. With our Campaign Manager you are able to display maps through systems like projectors, TV or PC screens and have your party explore your maps with active Fog of War.
