This is the home of world famous Bjorn. He is known for his cutting edge methods of metal working in all schools (Armor, Weaponry, Farming, household, etc.). Bjorn ships his goods all over the world, sometimes he pays shipping costs in trade or ship repairs where metal parts are needed. He also trains several people at a time in classroom and hands on settings, this is why he has such a large shop with plans to expand and add a room for student lectures. Bjorn is very well off, one of the wealthiest in Havendore with 2 children and a wife. So this explains the large shop, lavish house. My maps are all based on NPC's and dungeons in within my D&D campaign I am currently working on supports. The Legend of Dorlach, a long run campaign with Bad guys, demons, monsters, and mystery to be solved. If one plays their cards right they may ever turn the villain into something, well not so villainous. it has several off shoot 1 session events which can be addressed from the Town's news and job board.
